Wild Rice Quiche
- 1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage, cooked
- -and crumbled
- 1 c Wild rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 3/4 c Milk
- 1 c Buttermilk biscuit mix
- 4 Eggs
In a greased 10-in. pie plate, layer sausage, rice and cheese. In a bowl,
combine milk, baking mix and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour evenly over
cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the
center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
