Ye Olde Tuna Casserole
- 4 c (8 oz.) noodles
- 1 cn (7 oz.) tuna fish, drained
- 1 cn (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom or
- -celery soup
- 1/2 ts Celery salt
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c Cornflake crumbs or buttered
- -toast crumbs
- Paprika and chives to taste
Cook noodles (as recipe above). In 1 1/2 quart glass casserole, flake tuna.
Mix with noodles, soup, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Top with
crumbs; sprinkle with paprika & chives. Microwave (high), covered, 8-10
minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Rest 5 minutes.
Serves 4-6
