Zombie
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 small orange
- 1 ts Powdered sugar
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 2 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Jamaica Rum
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/2 oz 151-proof Rum
Put all ingredients except 151 with 1/2 cup of crushed ice into a blender
and blend at low speed for one minute and strain into a frosted highball
glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and a cherry. Serve with a straw.
