Zucchini Bake

1 c Bisquick® baking mix
3 c Zucchini; thinly sliced
4 Eggs
1/2 Onion; chopped
1/2 c Romano cheese; grated
2 tb Parsley
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ds Italian seasoning
1/4 ts Salt

Mix all together. Bake in a 13 X 9" pan at 350F degrees for 30 to 40
minutes.
