Zucchini Bake
- 3 c CUBED ZUCCHINI
- 4 x SLICES BACON
- 3 x RIPE TOMATOS
- 4 x SLICES VELVEETA CHEESE
- SMALL GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
- ONION, SLICED
- 1/4 c RICE (NOT MINUTE RICE)
- 1 ts SUGAR
- SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
CHOP BACON AND FRY, THEN DRAIN OFF GREASE. LAYER IN CASSEROLE DISH,
ZUCCHINI, GREEN PEPPER, ONION, BACON, RICE, TOMATO, AND CHEESE. IN THAT
ORDER. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1 1/2 HOURS.
