Zucchini Dip 2
- 1 sm Zucchini
- 1 sm Avocado
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 tb Wine vinegar
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 tb Dried parsley
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Clove garlic
- Salt and pepper
Steam or microwave the zucchini until soft. Add all ingredients into
blender and blend well.
